The US Army Combat Fitness Test is the assessment for the physical domain of the Army’s Holistic Health and Fitness System. As a general physical fitness test, an age and gender performance-normed scoring scale will be used to evaluate a Soldier’s physical fitness.
While the test’s specific standards are often the subject of intense debate, we can probably all agree that physical fitness is an important element of overall health!
